Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

In the present proceedings, the Petitioners have challenged orders dated 30 January 2015 and 08 October 2013 passed by both the Authorities below. The Petitioners have filed applicable before learned Tahsildar for right of way. The Tahsildar as well as the Appellate Authority after considering evidence on record declined to entertain the Petitioners' application as well as revision.

After going through the orders passed both the Authorities, I do not find any reason to entertain present Writ Petition to disturb the concurrent findings of facts recorded by both the Authorities. Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed.
