By way of present application, the Applicant prays for early hearing of the petition. It is submitted that for similar prayer, application No.694 of 2005 was filed. Subsequently also, the Applicant had filed various applications for early hearing of the petition. Learned Counsel submits that by order dated 20 December 2014, this Court specifically fixed the date of 24 March 2015. However, the matter was not listed Pg 1 of 2

caw1946-17.doc before this Court. As such, the Applicant was left with no choice but to file the present application. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Post the petition for hearing and disposal in the week commencing from 28 August 2017.
