The petitioner by the interim orders passed by this Court has been permitted to appear for examination. The petitioner is required to file the present application since her result is not declared. 2] The only ground on which the result is not declared by the respondent - University is that the Council for Board of School Education has not yet taken a decision with regard to recognising the Ucchtar Madhyamik Siksha Mandal, Delhi. It appears that such issue is pending since January 2014 with the Council. If the said
YBG 921-as-wp-8032-14 Council sits over on the proposal for four years, the petitioner cannot be made to suffer for the inaction of Council. In the result, the civil application is allowed. Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 are directed to declare the result of all the examinations for which the petitioner has appeared and further to permit the petitioner to pursue her further studies in case the petitioner has cleared the examinations.
