Learned APP upon instructions from Ms Korake, P. I. submits that investigation of C. R. No. 161 of 2018 is already transferred to Crime Branch, Crime against Women, Mumbai. 4.
As such, accepting the statement and request, we dispose of Writ Petition as withdrawn.
