Petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw Writ Petition. Learned APP points out that prayer in Writ Petition is to transfer investigation of C. R. No. 161 of 2018. That C. R. Number is wrongly typed as C. R. No. 141 of 2018 in prayer clause (a).

Learned APP upon instructions from Ms Korake, P. I. submits that investigation of C. R. No. 161 of 2018 is already transferred to Crime Branch, Crime against Women, Mumbai. 4.

As such, accepting the statement and request, we dispose of Writ Petition as withdrawn.
