The applications are filed for quashing and setting-aside MECR No.3 of 2011 registered with Park Site Police Station, Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the investigation into the subject MECR is completed and, thereafter, "C" Summary Report is filed before the learned Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, 34th Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai, and the same is pending. In support of her contention, she tenders a report dated 15th June, 2017, of the Senior Police Inspector, Park Site Police Station, Mumbai. The said report is taken on record.

In the light of the above, the learned counsel for the applicants fairly concedes that the grievance of the applicants raised in the applications, no more survives. The criminal applications are, accordingly, dismissed.
