By this application, the Applicant - State of Maharashtra is seeking condonation of 6 days' delay occurred in preferring appeal against the order dated 25th April 2016 passed by the Special Judge under MCOC Act, Greater Bombay on Discharge Application in MCOC Special Case No. 23 of 2016.
