The submission is that the Petitioner party-in-person appearing before this Court by fling the present petition for seeking directions to suspend the Twitter Account of Respondent No. 1. During the pendency of petition, the Twitter Account of Respondent No. 1 is suspended. As such the grievance raised by the Petitioner party-inperson no more survives, accordingly, the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition. Hence, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
