Based on the leave and licence agreement, petitioners initiated proceedings for eviction before the competent authority. The said prayer of eviction was rejected. As a sequel, revision was taken out which was also rejected by the revisional authority. As such, this writ petition.

The respondent No.1, licensee has agreed to surrender possession to the petitioners and both the parties accordingly have executed consent terms which are marked "X" for identification. The said consent terms jointly tendered by the respective counsels are taken on record.

The respondents No.1 is duly identified by his counsel and also from the copy of the Aadhar Card produced on record. Similarly, petitioners have also produced their respective Aadhar Cards on record.

In response to the Court's query, respective parties admit the consent terms. The consent terms which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification are treated as an undertaking to this Court.

As such, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
