The AGP accepts notice of Respondent Nos.1 to 5. In case the proposal seeking Shalarth ID (Page 31 to the Writ Petition) is pending with the Dy. Director of Education, then the Dy. Director of Education shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within three months.
