The learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that consent terms have been signed by the authorized signatory of the appellant.

Hence, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked as A-1. The appellant will be entitled to refund of

FA-2924-07 court fees as per the rules. The amount lying deposited in this Court together with interest accrued, if any, shall be transfered to the concerned Tribunal.
