The prayer in the petition was only to direct respondent no.2 to decide the complaints filed by petitioner in the Grievance Redressal Portal as expeditiously as possible. Affidavit in reply of one Ajit Nairale, SubDivisional Officer, Karjat, affirmed on 28th June 2023, has been filed in which it is stated that petitioner's complaint has been looked into based on which the District Collector, Raigad appointed an inquiry committee. The inquiry committee has submitted the report dated 11th March 2022 (wrongly mentioned as 18th April 2022 in the affidavit) and the report itself has been acted upon with copy given to petitioner vide letter dated 18th April 2022. In view thereof, Mr. Gadhavi seeks leave to withdraw the petition and states that if petitioner is unhappy with the action taken, petitioner will take Meera Jadhav
