The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the representation would be made to the Superintendent of Police, Thane Rural as regards the alleged impersonation before the Sub-Registrar at the time of the execution of the document in respect of the lands allegedly being the Inam lands. If such a representation is made by the Petitioners within two weeks from date, the Superintendent of Police, Thane Rural to decide the same within four weeks thereafter and communicate his decision to the Petitioners. It would be contingent upon the decision that would be communicated, that the Petitioners can thereafter seek appropriate recourse in law. With the directions as afore-stated the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
