By this PIL, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking following reliefs: "(a) Rule be issued;

(b) For a writ or an order in the nature of writ of this Hon'ble Court directing the Respondent No. 1 and / or Respondent No. 4 to immediately and 1 / 3

forthwith take legal action upon the Petitioner's various complainants dated 10.10.2013, 24.12.2013 and 10.4.2014, annexed to the petition within a fixed time schedule that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and for the said purpose conduct a time bound detailed enquiry through senior officials of high repute and integrity who will give a personal hearing to the Petitioner enabling him to bring to their notice various information and documents obtained by the Petitioner under Right to Information Act disclosing the acts of corruption and other wrongs and illegalities.

(c) pending hearing and final disposal of the present Petition for an order of this Hon'ble Court directing the Respondent No. 1 and / or Respondent No. 4 to immediately and forthwith take legal action upon the Petitioner's various complainants dated 10.10.2013, 24.12.2013 and 10.4.2014 annexed to the Petition within a fixed time schedule that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and for the said purpose conduct a time bound detailed enquiry through senior officials of high repute and integrity who will give a personal hearing to the Petitioner enabling 2 / 3

him to bring to their notice various information and documents obtained by the Petitioner under Right to Information Act disclosing the acts of corruption and other wrongs and illegalities. (d) Ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) and (c) above;

(e) pass, any other reliefs that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be granted.

(f) costs of the petition."

We are informed that the Petitioner has made various representations to Respondent Nos. 1 and 4. However, no such representations have been considered. This being the position, PIL can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 to consider the Petitioner's representation and take decision on merits and in accordance with law.
