Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

The applicant was released on bail, subject to the stipulation that he shall furnish P.R.Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties. He was directed to be released on cash bail.

In the given circumstances, let the sureties be produced within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that on being unsuccessful in doing so, the order shall stand vacated.
