At the outset, learned APP makes a statement that, recording of evidence in this matter is almost over. The evidence of Investigating officer is being recorded. His examination in chief is over. Thus, it appears that the trial is reaching its conclusion. Therefore, it would be appropriate if the trial court is left to decide the fate of this case.
