Mr. Havnur, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, since the FIR has already been registered by Khar Police Station in pursuance of petitioner's complaint. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

Mr. Havnur makes a grievance that the names of the landlord/developer and others are not added in the aforesaid FIR. The petitioner, is at liberty, to give additional statement to the investigating officer, and the investigating officer, thereafter, shall take an appropriate decision in accordance with law.
