The Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 as regards the proposal for approval and to Respondent No.3 to submit the proposal.

Only after Respondent No.3 -Management submits the proposal, the direction can be given to Respondent No.2. As on date, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.3-Management states that they have not taken any decision in that regard. The Petitioner has made an application to Respondent No.3 on 30 April 2022.

If the Petitioner intends to submit any fresh representation with additional facts, the Petitioner can do so within a period of three weeks from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.3-Management will take a decision as regards the prayer clause (c) of this petition within a period of six weeks thereafter. In case Respondent No.3Management submits a proposal to Respondent No.2, then Respondent No.2 will take a decision thereupon as per law within a period of eight weeks thereafter, subject to urgent pressing public duties.
