Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.

We have carefully perused the grounds taken in the petition, annexures thereto and the accompaniments of the chargesheet. We have noticed that there are incriminating articles recovered from the petitioner and there is a panchanama to that effect. Cash is also recovered from the petitioner. Prima facie, there is sufficient material to proceed with the trial. No case is made out.

The petition is devoid of any merits and hence, the same is rejected.
