Parties through their counsel. The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking directions to the Respondents to grant them regular payscale, differences and arrears of untrained teachers after completion of 3 years' probation period till the date of passing of D.Ed.Course and all other benefits as per 6th Pay Commission. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioners has submitted that this petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider Petitioners' claim keeping in view the law laid down by this Court in the case of Seema Khandu Takale v. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. in Writ Petition No.7116 of 2011 decided on 24.4.2012.
2 of -Prodn-2-WP-7266Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider Petitioners' grievance and take appropriate decision in regard to same keeping in view the law laid down by this Court in the case of Seema Khandu Takale (Supra). The Petitioners may submit fresh detail representation before the Respondent Nos.3 and 4. Let decision as aforesaid be taken within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Needless to mention that we have not commented upon the merits of the petition and petitioners' entitlement. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
