Mr. Ingale, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, points out that after the Industrial Tribunal allowed the revision filed by the respondent and set aside the order of the Labour Court, the respondent has terminated the services of the petitioner and the petitioner has already challenged the termination by filing Complaint (ULP) No. 92 of 2015.
