Petitioner claims that he is a Secretary of "Employees Absorbed in Maharashtra Rajya Zilla Parishad under 10% Scheme from Gram Panchayat Union". According to the petitioner, in view of the GR dated 15.5.2014, the petitioner is entitled to remain at his present place of posting for the period of ten years extendable to further period of five years and in the circumstances, the impugned transfer order could not have been issued against the petitioner before completion of the said period. 3.

According to the petitioner, in this regard he has submitted a

515-wp-6515.2017.sxw representation Exh."E" before respondent no. 3 but till date the same has not been considered and decided.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we are of the view that this petition deserves to be disposed of by directing respondent no.3 to decide the petitioner's representation at Exh. E as expeditiously as possible but in any case not latter than four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid, petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open. The petitioner is also at liberty to file a fresh detailed representation within one week from today.
