The learned APP. on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 25.6.2015 and other orders passed subsequent thereto the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. She on instructions further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more required.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted to the applicant by order dated 25.6.2015 is hereby confirmed.
