This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.75 of 2015 registered with Khadki Police Station for offences punishable under Section 420, 406 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. The pps

8 aba 875-15.doc order dated 17.11.2015 indicates that the applicant herein had deposited part of the amount and had also given an undertaking dated 16.10.2015 wherein he has undertaken to deposit an amount of Rs.6 lakhs in instalment of Rs.50,000/-. The said undertaking was agreeable to the complainant. Considering the fact that the undertaking given was acceptable to the complainant and in view of the statement made in the said undertaking, the applicant is granted anticipatory bail on the following terms and condition. i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.75/2015 of Khadki police station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-( Rupees Twentyfive Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC, Khadki.

ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer for seven days between 10 a.m. to 1.pm. from the date of receipt of this order. iii) The applicant shall not leave Pune district till filing of the chargesheet, without the prior permission of the JMFC, Khadki, Pune.
