On 19th July, 2021 this Court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) passed the following order;

"

The applicant was granted temporary bail for a period of three months for complying the Undertaking. The affidavit was filed stating that the applicant is willing to deposit Rs.4 lakhs within a period of three months. In the light of affidavit, bail was granted for a period of three months.

2. The Undertaking has not been complied. The period of three months has expired on March 2020. Although the period has come to an end in the month of March 2020, the applicant did not move application for extension of time. Thus, the bail granted to the applicant has come to an end. On the previous date of hearing, some advocate had appeared and sought time. Today none appears for the applicant. In fact, temporary bail granted to the applicant for three months which has come to an end. Hence, application stands rejected and disposed off".

Today, none appears for the applicant.

Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 4.

State is at liberty to take necessary steps.
