Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only relief claimed by the petitioner is to direct the State Government to consider and decide petitioner's application Exh. C filed under Section 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from today. Petition stands disposed of.
