In view of findings recorded by the Industrial Court that petitioners are not workmen and can invoke the remedy available under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Universities Act before the Grievance Committee, counsel for the petitioners on instructions made a prayer for withdrawal of the petition. 2.

The petition as such stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedy available under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Universities Act. 4.

For a period of six weeks from today, there shall no coercive action against the petitioners.
