Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, Petitioner No.1 has been released from jail on 24th October, 2022 after undergoing entire sentence imposed upon him. As far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned, in Criminal Appeal No.831 of 2015 this Court commuted his sentence of imprisonment for life and he has been released from jail on 20th April, 2021. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
