Heard Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the appellant and Mrs. More, learned counsel for the Corporation. The present appeal questions the order passed by the learned Judge of City Civil Court, Mumbai dated 4th June, 2018 for not considering the payer for adinterim relief. 2.

Mr. Thorat submits that the Notice of Motion is already taken out and now the Court below has fixed the L.C. Suit (L) No. 7266 of 2018 on 4th August, 2018 for hearing on the Notice of Motion. He therefore, submits that the permission be granted to withdraw the 1/2
