Heard Mr. J. S. Kini, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants, and Mr. Arfan Sait, learned APP for the State. None for the intervenor.

This application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R.

sg 2/2 2.aba1171&1172-19.doc No.I-66 of 2018 registered at Manpada Police Station, Dombivali for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 209, r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. J. S. Kini, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants, would submit that investigation into the crime has already been complete and charge-sheet has been filed. 4.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. 5.

In view of the matter, the interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 4 June 2019 shall stand confirmed and shall operate during the pendency of the trial.

The applicants shall co-operate with the Court for early disposal of the case.
