Applicant filed additional affidavit dated 30.6.2016 stating that the respondent is residing at the same address as stated in copy of Civil Application No.335 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, additional affidavit and averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

"(a) Be please to restore above referred Civil Application for condonation of delay 54 days to the file of this Hon'ble High Court for the reasons mentioned in the memo of application.

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
