This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No.I68 of 2017 read with Rabodi police station, Thane for the offences punishable under section 354(b), 323, 504 of IPC. 2.
The complaint was lodged against the Applicant with aforesaid police station alleging that the accused and the complainant were acquainted with each other. He used to abuse the complainant and has committed alleged act amounting to outraging the modesty. 3.
The Applicant has preferred anticipatory bail application which was rejected by the Sessions Court. It was observed that the Applicant is having antecedents as there were seven offences registered against him. It was also observed that the Applicant has not complied with the direction given by the Court during the pendency of the application before the Sessions Court.

By order dated 23rd June 2017, the Applicant was granted interim protection. He was also directed to report the investigating officer on every Monday and Friday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till further orders. Learned APP submits, on instructions, that the Applicant has complied with said direction. 5.
Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and the observations made in the order dated 23rd June 2017, the application can be allowed;

Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1018 of 2017 is allowed; (ii) Interim order dated 23rd June 2017 is hereby confirmed; (iii) The Applicant is directed to report investigating officer as and when called for;
(iv) The application is disposed of.
