Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is the second application for pre-arrest bail. First application was rejected by this Court by an order dated 29 September 2023. The said order was challenged by the applicant before the Supreme Court. SLP(Criminal) No.13196 of 2023 came to be dismissed by an order dated 16 October 2023. 3.

In view of the above, there is no propriety in entertaining the second application for pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the application stands rejected.
