Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now the charge-sheet has been filed. On instructions, therefore, the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file application for bail before the trial Court. 2.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as prayed. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits. It is made clear that I have not considered the application on merits.
