The present application is filed at the instance of the applicant with following principal prayer:
(b)The Hon'ble Court be pleased to record a finding under Section 340 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with respect to the offences punishable under sections 193 and 209 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 committed by original petitioner by filing Writ Petition on Affidavit and if required inquire into the same;

The applicant has prayed for directions declaring candidate who had approached the Caste Scrutiny Committee that she be declared as an offender committing an offence under section 193 and 209 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. This declaration is sought against the petitioner - Sunanda Amsidha Koli, who had filed Writ Petition No. 7732 of 2022 in this Court. The matter was listed before this Court on June 10, 2022 and considering the limited grievance, the petition was disposed of with direction to the Respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner, if it was already not decided, as early as possible. 4.
Now, it seems that subsequent to order dated June 10, 2022, the petitioner Sunanda Amsidha Koli was called upon by the Scrutiny Committee to attend the proceedings before the Committee on 04th July, 2022 i.e. today itself.

In view of these facts, needless to say that the present application is devoid of any merit and deserves to be rejected at the outset itself. Accordingly the application is rejected at the threshold. (SHRIKANT D. KULKARNI, J.) (PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.) Shrikant
