The order impugned in this petition is dtd. 2nd June, 2016 passed by respondent no.1, the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies (Milk), State of Maharashtra, Mumbai appointing interim Administrator of the petitioner-Society. The order is seen to have been passed without notice to the petitioner, which is the main grievance of the petitioner. Mr.Warunjikar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner states that respondent no.1 has now stood over the liquidation proceedings on 1st July, 2016 for confirmation of the impugned interim order. In that circumstance,

Dusane 2/2 wp6880.2016 the petition can be disposed off by giving direction to respondent no.1 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner on that day. The petitioner will be entitled to file a reply. The final orders will be passed by respondent no.1 only after consideration of the reply and hearing the petitioner.

The impugned order will be stayed pending the hearing of Liquidation Proceeding No.1 of 2016 before the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Milk), State of Maharashtra, Mumbai and until after expiry of two weeks after the communication of the final order in the proceedings on the petitioner.
