Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the order dated 23rd June, 2015, passed in the above writ petition, we deem it convenient to dispose of this application by directing learned JMFC, Mahabaleshwar, to dispose of "B" summary report filed by Mahabaleshwar Police Station in C.R.No.16 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

The criminal application stands disposed of.
