After this petition was heard for sometime, Mr. Sethna, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3, on instructions and in our opinion, completely justified, states that the impugned order dated 19 May, 2023 passed by the Members of the Designated Committee is sought to be withdrawn. He makes further statement that the order dated 13 September, 2022 passed by the Division bench of this Court (Mr. Justice K.R. Shriram and Mr. Justice A.S. Doctor) on the petitioner's Writ Petition No. 10695 of 2022 shall be complied by the respondents by permitting the petitioner to take benefit of Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 in terms of the observation of this Court in the said order.

We accept the statement made by Mr. Sethna. Further adjudication of the petition in these circumstances is not called for. Let such compliance take place on or before 19 June, 2023, as it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that 19 June, 2023 is the last day for depositing the amount in terms of Form generated, which is at Exhibit 'A" to the petition. 3.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
