This is an application for bail filed by the aforesaid applicant who is facing trial in R.C.S. No.399 of 2014 arising out of C.R.No.166 of 2014 registered with Panvel Town Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 489 (B) and (C) of IPC. 2.

Learned Counsel Shri Naik, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application after a period of four months, in the event the trial of the case is not pps

The learned Sessions Judge at Alibag, District Raigad is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months. 5.

It is reported that the applicant herein is not represented by any advocate before the sessions court. In the event the applicant does not engage his own advocate or is unable to engage an advocate, the learned Sessions Judge to appoint an advocate from the legal aid panel to defend the accused and/or to espouse the cause of the applicant.
