Heard learned counsel for the applicant on this application by which the applicant/petitioner prays for amendment to the petition. He intends to place on record certain documents as annexed to the interim application. Simplicitor placing the documents on record would not suffice, the applicant will have to make corresponding averments in the memo of petition. 2.

Considering that the petition is at pre-admission stage, we allow the interim application and permit to incorporate averments and the documents as annexed to the interim application to be placed on record by way of an amendment.
