ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the statutory Appeal along with the Application for interim reliefs/protection, filed before the State of Maharashtra is still pending.

Therefore, taking overall view of the matter, we are inclined to direct the concerned Respondent to decide the Appeal along with the Application for interim reliefs, within eight weeks from today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
