At the outset, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that the Petition is rendered infructuous, inasmuch as, the order dated 18th April, 2018, which has been impugned in this Petition has been implemented and a Lease Deed has been executed by the Respondent No.1 in favour of the Respondent No.2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute the

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 5.

Needless to state, that it is always open for the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings as may be maintainable in law. 6.
