1] Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as allotment of land which was allotted then deviated, again now restored to the petitioners in terms of the original allotment and therefore, the said grievance is now resolved. 2] Then coming to the payment of compensation, learned Government Advocate Mr. Deshpande submits that in due course the same will be complied with.
