The principle relief sought by the petitioner is of recording an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 23rd May, 2017 of the petitioner. In the light of the said relief sought, we direct the Senior Inspector of Police, Indapur Police Station, Pune to look into the said complaint of the

A copy of the said complaint dated 23rd May, 2017 would be handed over to the Additional Public Prosecutor, Mrs. Pai, the Learned APP to then forward the same to the Senior Inspector of Police, Indapur Police Station.

It is contingent upon communication, that the petitioner would receive from the Senior Inspector of Police, Indapur Police Station, that the petitioner can decide his future course of action. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
