This Court vide reasoned ordered dated 22/06/2022 has rejected the prayer for grant of bail of the applicant no. 1Chandravva i.e. mother-in-law of the deceased. 3.

As regards the applicant nos. 2 & 3 i.e. brother-in-law and sister-in-law are concerned, rightly so observed by this Court, the nature of allegations are general.

All the family members of the applicant no. 1 are made accused in the offense, questioned with general allegations. 5.

In the aforesaid background, the contentions of learned APP that there is enough material to connect the prima facie akn 1/2

2/2 41.ABA.1632.2022.doc involvement of applicant no. 1 in crime in question cannot be inferred.

In that view of the matter, a case for grant of ad-interim protection is made out.

In the event of arrest of applicant no. 1 in crime no. 271 of 2022 registered with Miraj Rural Police station for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 304B, 323, 504 & 34 of IPC the applicant no. 1 be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 8.

The applicant no. 1 shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer from 19/09/2022 to 29/09/2022 every alternate day between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. 9.

The applicant no. 1 shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

The application stands disposed of.
