DATE: 11th July, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 have moved this Court for speaking to the minutes of the order dated June 11, 2019. It is submitted that on page 1 of the said order in line No.2 of para 2, the "First Appeal (St) No. 31554 of 2018" has been numbered as "First Appeal No.1196 of 2018" and therefore the former may be substituted by latter. It is also submitted that on the same page of the said order in same para in line No.3, though, factually, the year of the First Appeal is "2018", it has been inadvertently shown as "2019" which may be substituted by the year "2018".

The order passed under Section 41D of the Act was subject matter of challenge in First Appeal No.1196 of 2018, First Appeal (St.) No.34649 of 2018 and First Appeal No.1196/2018..............."
