Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant-Prakash Jayantilal Mehta died on 23rd May 2019 before he could be shifted to Harkisandas Hospital, Mumbai from J.J. Hospital, Mumbai in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 23rd May 2019.

In view of the above, both the applications have become infructuous and accordingly stand disposed of.
