This application is preferred by claimants for condonation of 2 years and 110 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 30.11.2011 passed by Reference Court in L.A.R.No.66 of 2010 (Old L.A.R. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:
