The learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank makes a statement that before taking possession of the secured assets, the Respondent-Bank would give prior notice of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions with liberty to approach DRT.

The Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 5.
