Learned APP on instructions states that charge-sheet has been submitted before the concerned Court on 28.03.2014. She submits on instructions that the Applicant has filed an Application seeking his enlargement on bail in the trial Court and hence, this Application sent through jail, does not survive.

In view of the aforesaid, the Application is disposed of. If an Application for regular bail is filed, the learned Judge shall decide the case as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear, that this Application sent through jail has not been considered on merits.
