This is an application received through Jail for expediting the trial of the applicant bearing Sessions Case No.10/2010 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane.

The learned APP. on instructions submitted that in the said case the prosecution has examined 22 witnesses till today and the trial is progressing steadily.

In view of the above, the grievance of the applicant does not survive.
